1. Who Can Comment
- Anyone may comment, but comments are moderated before publication (or held for review based on spam signals).

2. What We Encourage

| AI-generated spam | Low-effort bot comments; we reserve the right to use automated detection |
4. Investment & Financial Comments — Special Rules
Because we cover luxury investment topics:
- Comments may analyze market trends and historical data.
- Comments may not give personalized buy/sell advice, promote specific securities, or solicit investments.
- Comments that appear to constitute investment solicitation or “pumping” an asset will be removed immediately.
5. Moderation Process
- First comment by a new user is held for manual review (if pre-moderation is enabled).
- Flagged comments are reviewed within 48 hours.
- Removal — we remove comments that violate this Policy. We generally do not edit comments; we remove them.
- Repeat violations result in the commenter being blocked without further warning.
- No obligation: We are not obligated to publish any comment, and we do not guarantee a platform for all viewpoints. Moderation decisions are final.
6. Your Data & Privacy
- Commenters’ email addresses are never published publicly.
- IP addresses are collected for spam and abuse prevention.
- Comments may remain visible even after a commenter requests account deletion; email us at contact@fyiamericans.com to request removal of your comments.
- Do not post personal information (yours or others’) in comments.
